Editorial Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

This policy explains how Axczel Research Insights (“Insights”), a division of Axczel Research Private Limited (“AXCZEL”), plans, researches, writes, reviews and corrects what it publishes. It applies to every article, essay, explainer and video on this site.

1. Purpose and scope

Insights exists to help readers understand financial markets, the economy and the technology around them. We explain how things work, with sources, in plain English. We do not set out to predict markets or to tell readers what to do with their money.

2. Educational content, not advice or research

Everything on Insights is published for information and education only. It is not investment research, investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. AXCZEL’s SEBI-regulated research is published only through its Research Division, under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, and is separate from Insights. Readers should consider their own circumstances and, where appropriate, consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser or another qualified professional before making financial decisions.

3. Accuracy and sourcing

  • We prefer primary sources, such as regulators, exchanges, central banks, government statistics and company filings, and link to them where we can.
  • Each article states where it comes from, and which sources we read directly and which we relay from other reports.
  • Claims, figures and quotations are attributed. Where a number comes from a secondary report, we say so.
  • Where we express a view, we label it as ours and keep it separate from reported fact.
  • Technical terms are explained in plain language when first used.

4. Data, figures and dates

Market and economic data change constantly. We state the date or period of the figures we cite, and each article is a snapshot as of its publication or last-updated date. The original source may revise its figures after we publish.

5. Independence and conflicts of interest

Editorial decisions are made independently of commercial considerations. Our policy is that sponsors, advertisers, partners and subscribers do not influence what we cover or what we conclude. Where an author or AXCZEL has a material interest in a security or company discussed in an article, we disclose that interest in the article.

6. Sponsored and promotional content

Any sponsored, paid or promotional content will be clearly labelled as such and kept distinct from our editorial content.

7. Authors, contributors and review

Articles are written by AXCZEL team members and approved external contributors, and carry the author’s name. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of their work, and articles are checked against their cited sources before publication. You can read about our main author on the Jestin James profile page.

8. Use of AI tools

We may use software tools, including AI-assisted tools, for tasks such as research support, data checks, editing and formatting. Any such use is subject to human review, and responsibility for what is published rests with the named author and AXCZEL. We do not treat AI tools as a source of facts; we verify facts against original sources.

9. Corrections and updates

If we find, or are told of, a material error, we will correct it and, where the change affects the meaning of an article, add a note saying what changed and when. We update time-sensitive articles when new information is released and show the updated date. To report an error, email info@axczel.com with the article link and details.

10. External links and third-party content

We link to third-party websites and reports for reference. We do not control or endorse their content and are not responsible for it.

11. Risk and limitation of liability

Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. Past performance does not indicate future returns, and nothing on Insights guarantees any outcome. We take care to keep our content accurate and current, but we make no warranty as to its completeness, and AXCZEL and its authors are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it.
