This Privacy Policy explains how Axczel Research Private Limited (“AXCZEL”, “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a SEBI Registered Research Entity (Reg. No. INH000027681; BSE Enlistment No. 7239) with its registered office in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use insights.axczel.com (the “Insights portal” or “site”).
By accessing or using this portal, you confirm that you have read and accept this Privacy Policy and our Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with either, please do not use the site.
01 Information we collect
We collect only what the portal needs in order to work:
- Your email address, when you sign in or subscribe. Signing in is passwordless — we send a one-time code to your address and never ask you to create or store a password with us.
- Sign-in records, such as the time a one-time code was issued and whether it was used, so that we can keep your account secure and prevent abuse.
- Content you submit, such as comments, where that feature is enabled.
- Technical information generated automatically when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the time of the request. This is used for security, abuse prevention, and understanding which articles are read.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, financial account numbers, trading credentials, payment card details, or government identification through this portal.
02 How we use your information
- to sign you in and maintain your session;
- to deliver the articles, updates, and subscriber-only content you have asked for;
- to operate, secure, and improve the portal;
- to respond to enquiries you send us; and
- to meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations applicable to a SEBI Registered Research Entity.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
03 Cookies and similar technologies
This portal sets cookies that are necessary for it to function — principally a session cookie that keeps you signed in until you sign out, and cookies used by the underlying content platform. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; if you do, parts of the portal, including staying signed in, may not work.
04 Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to run the portal, and they process information only on our instructions:
- Microsoft Azure — hosting, storage, and delivery of the site and its media, in the India region.
- Azure Communication Services — delivery of one-time sign-in codes and subscriber emails.
Where information is processed outside India, we take steps to ensure it remains protected to the standard described in this policy.
05 Retention
We keep your email address and subscription record for as long as your account remains active, and thereafter only as long as required for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes. One-time sign-in codes are short-lived and are discarded once used or expired.
06 Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may unsubscribe from our emails at any time. To make a request, write to info@axczel.com from the address associated with your subscription. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may be retained where the law requires it.
07 Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections, passwordless sign-in, and restricted administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08 Children
This portal is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
09 Other portals and third-party links
This site links to our other portals — axczel.com, research.axczel.com and quant.axczel.com — operated by the same legal entity, each governed by its own policies. It may also link to genuinely third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party site; please review their policies when you visit them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the portal after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy and of the Terms & Conditions in force at that time.

Deleting your account
You can ask us to delete your account and the data held against it at any time — from inside the Axczel Insights app, or here on the site without installing anything. Deletion removes your account, your saved articles, likes and reading activity, and any devices registered for notifications. It cannot be undone.
