insights.axczel.com is the Insights division portal of Axczel Research Private Limited, one of the Company’s three divisions alongside Research and Quant. The parent organisational website is axczel.com. This portal publishes articles, market commentary, video analysis and subscriber updates. It does not itself provide investment advisory services, portfolio management, or software subscriptions; those services are offered through the respective division portals, each subject to its own terms.

10 Governing law, jurisdiction & arbitration
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, difference, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the site shall, as far as possible, be resolved amicably. Failing such resolution, the dispute shall be referred to and finally settled by arbitration seated in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The language of arbitration shall be English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties.
Subject to the arbitration provision above, the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising out of or relating to these Terms.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
